Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All our products are backed by a no-nonsense guarantee:

If you order the wrong product, inform us as quickly as possible and we will advise you of the correct product and return procedures.

Please note customers must pay the delivery cost of the return of any incorrectly ordered product.

If, despite our robust packaging, something gets broken in transit please let us know so we can arrange a replacement - at our expense.
