Whether you need a light bulb delivered to the other side of the world or to a location around the corner from us, we can deliver your items safely and securely.

Not only do we dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the day they are placed (subject to stock availability), but we also offer a wide range of delivery options and pricing to suit all requirements. Services include: courier delivery, post and Airmail.

We pride ourselves on offering customers a fast and reliable service, that is why we only used the most reputable companies for delivery such as Royal Mail, DX and FedEx.

Due to the fragile nature of the items we supply, all products are securely packed with filler and bubble wrap to prevent breakages. In the unlikely event of an item damaged in transit, we will replace it for you free of charge. For your convenience, we offer five delivery services: 


Certain items, such as long fluorescent tubes can only be transported by courier due to the length and delicate nature of the product. These products are normally pre-selected for this extra shipping charge by our website, however, if any long fluorescent tubes do not pick up this extra delivery fee we will contact you to either take the extra payment or refund the order in full. Please note that items delivered by courier require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available between 08:30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday at the designated address to accept the parcel.


If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to make alternative arrangements. They may re-attempt delivery same or next day and also re-card. If no contact is made within 3 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.



Some parcels sent by Royal Mail to the Northern islands, Highlands and Islands, may incur an additional delivery charge. We will contact you if this is the case, and you can either pay the extra fee or cancel your order. This typically only applies to long tube orders.For standard delivery below 2kgs and within Royal mail packing and delivery guidelines then service is normally (2-3 days)


If you place your order before 3:30pm Monday - Friday we can deliver next business working day to most UK Main Land destinations, excluding Northern Island, Highlands and Islands. Please select the method at the checkout stage. Please note our carriers deliver between 08.30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot leave the goods at your address without a signature. Saturday delivery options are available at extra cost (see website). Please call the sales office to arrange a Saturday delivery.


Please note when you check out we have a minimum delivery cost of £9.90 for Europe and £20 for US Airmail. For countries outside the EU and US all are set to £50. As all orders and light bulbs vary in size and weight these prices are set as a guide. We will contact you if your delivery is going to cost more and we will give you the option to either pay the extra carriage fee or cancel your order.
