Check the length of the required replacement first. Lengths available include:
8 foot, 6 foot, 4 foot, 2 foot, 18 inch, 12 inch. The length quoted for a fluorescent tube includes the pins at each end.
Check the diameter of the tube.
Colours for fluorescent tubes include warm white, daylight, cool white. If you suffer from Seasonally Affected Disorder (SAD), then you should consider Activa/ Biolux tubes.
