Not only do we dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the day they are placed (subject to stock availability), but we also offer a wide range of delivery options and pricing to suit all requirements. Services include: courier delivery, post and Airmail. We pride ourselves on offering customers a fast and reliable service, that is why we only used the most reputable companies for delivery such as Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD and City Link.Due to the fragile nature of the items we supply, all products are securely packed with filler and bubble wrap to prevent breakages. Returns & Replacements

All our products are backed by a no-nonsense guarantee: If you order the wrong product, inform us as quickly as possible and we will advise you of the correct product and return procedures. Please note customers must pay the delivery cost of the return of any incorrectly ordered product. If, despite our robust packaging, something gets broken in transit please let us know so we can arrange a replacement - at our expense.
